Islamabad:
The Central Ruet-E-Hilal Committee announced on Sunday that the crescent for Rabiul Awwal 1447 AH was not seen everywhere across the country.
Accordingly, the first Rabiul Awwal begins from Tuesday, August 26, while the 12th Rabi Ul Awwal will be observed on Saturday, September 6th.
The announcement was made after a meeting of the Zonal Ruet-E-Hilal Committee, chairman of President Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad in Karachi.
Representatives from the MET department, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other affected institutions also provided their technical support in the case.
