- Comet AI -Browser from Confusion now has a 1Password -expansion
- Save and Save Your Password and Baskets With End to End Encryption
- Keep your browser data private with local encrypted storage
1password, the creator of one of the best password managers, has collaborated with confusion AI to bring security of identity to his Comet AI web browser.
AI helps make the browser experience more personal by remembering your habits, likes and dislikes – as a personal assistant.
But the Internet today is far from safe, and malicious actors are constantly looking to steal exposed credentials.
Safe after design AI browser
The AI browser includes encryption by default for all passwords and parcels as well as autofill capacities for usernames, passwords and two-factor approval codes.
Comet also uses end to end encryption and stores your browser data locally on the device and prevents confusion servers from processing your data so that what matters to you remains private.
As expected from a password administrator, you will also be able to generate and store unique passwords and passes and sync them across devices, sessions and other browsers using the 1Password browser extension.
“For confusion, building security to Comet was a priority from the beginning,” said Kyle Polley, security staff at Perplexity. “1password is a natural partner to provide the best security of credentials that users love.
“1password is obliged to keep your secrets safe,” said Anand Srinivas, VP for product and AI on 1password. “We are happy to bring our trusted access management to the new comet browser.”
