3.3 magnitude earthquake hits Balochistan’s Panjgur

PANJGUR: A magnitude 3.3 earthquake struck parts of Balochistan’s Panjgur early on Wednesday with an epicenter about 85 kilometers north of the district.

The earthquake measured 3.3 in magnitude and was registered at a depth of 12 kilometers, the National Seismic Monitoring Center (NSMC) of the Pakistan Meteorological Department said.

It added that the epicenter was about 85 kilometers north of the district headquarters.

Residents reported feeling brief tremors, prompting some people to move outdoors as a precaution.

But authorities said there were no immediate reports of casualties or damage after the quake.
