The National Seismic Monitoring Center (NSMC) confirmed that shaking was felt in Islamabad, Murree, Gujar Khan, Talagang, Jhelum, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Ajk and Rawalpindi. A low -intensity earthquake shook Rawalpindi and Islamabad on Saturday night.
The size of the earthquake that hit Twin Cities at. 22.48, was 4.8 on the Richter scale. Its episent was eight kilometers southeast of Twin Cities. The origin of the earthquake was the depths of 17 kilometers.
