The San Francisco 49ers Cornerback Demodore Lenoir was arrested on Thursday in Los Angeles and indicted for a wrongdoing in withstanding arrest, according to Los Angeles Police Department.
The 49s released a statement and said, “We are aware of the case involving Demodore Lenoir and is in the process of collecting further information.”
TMZ reported on law enforcement sources said police were called for an incident and approached Lenoir and another man, Marcus Cunningham before finding double -parked vehicles blocking traffic.

Officers allegedly saw a gun in Cunningham’s car according to the outlets. Lenoir then allegedly refused to follow orders when police asked him to hand over his car keys, which resulted in his arrest at about 1 p.m. 17.30

Lenoir, as a fifth round selection out of Oregon in the NFL draft in 2021, has played four seasons with the 49s.
Lenoir, 25, signed a five -year extension of $ 92 million with the $ 49s in November. He has registered six interceptions, 26 passports defended and 265 tackles in his first four seasons with San Francisco.
