New performance data reveals that more than half of graduates from major national skills development initiatives have secured employment, underscoring the growing impact of government-backed technical education programs on youth employability.
According to the results of the official tracer surveys prepared by the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and available with Wealth Pakistan, 53% of the people trained under the Skills for All program in 2023 were employed at the time of the survey.
The study tracked 37,440 candidates who completed training during the period.
