Only murder in the building season 5 (Hulu/Disney+)
Look at
They are back – and in my opinion Only murder in the building Season 5 is better than ever. It picks up with last season’s shock death of the beloved doorman Lester, and the residents of the Arconies are once again suspected.
But it’s not just those under suspicion this time! Renée Zellweger is leading a lot of new guest stars this season, and let’s just say she’s not hanging around to make friends. The formula may be exactly the same as always, but the jokes and camera continue to give.
The first three episodes are now out on Disney+ and Hulu. New chapters fall weekly, so you don’t think you can find out what’s going on yet. – – Jasmine Valentine, entertainment writer
The wrong Paris (Netflix)
Look at
The Netflix movie making machine apparently hit the jackpot with The wrong Paris. It has everything a paint after tracks Rom-Com needs: a will-de-won’t-they plot, a texas setting (Thank you Taylor Sheridan for it), and a reality TV show that is basically The Bachelor.
In one of September’s new Netflix movie, Miranda Cosgrove (Icarly) going into a fictional dating show called Honey potAs she thinks is set in Paris, France, where she wants to go to art school. But when she arrives in Paris, Texas instead, she immediately wants to be removed. There is only one problem: the Hunky Cowboy -Bachelor, played by Pierson Footer (Based on a true story) …
Based on similar genre cost on Netflix, such as My oxford yearAt I don’t doubt that The wrong Paris Will scratch your cozy movie itching. Whether it’s good, there’s a debate. – – Amelia Schwanke, senior entertainment editor
Girlfriend (prime video)
Look at
The girlfriend Have shocked me and not only because it’s the steamest show I’ve seen all year. In fact, I would go so far as to say it’s one of the best prime video shows from 2025.
To take the cat-and-mouse dynamics we’ve seen in shows like Kills Eva To a new level, a mother and boyfriend are tied to each other. Here, however, is the smart part: Each episode of the Amazon TV original is shot from different perspectives, which means we don’t know if Laura (Robin Wright) or Cherry (Olivia Cooke) is actually reliable narrator. Notwithstanding anything to going, it gets ugly really fast ..
I’m still rolling from this six-episode Prime video series, and if you ask the role crew, it’s pretty much down to the infamous intimate scenes that were not easy to film. Why? You will have to figure it out yourself. – – JV
alias Charlie Sheen (Netflix)
Look at
A two-piece documentary, also known Charlie Sheen Focusing on the early life and career of the controversial actor as well as drug abuse scandals and public falls that other big names like Two and a half men‘S chuck lorre.
The documentary interviews Sheen after seven years of soberness as he looks back on some of these moments. Its official synopsis teases that sheen is investigating all this with “humor, heart and jaw-dropping light” so it can be a captivating way to start your weekend. – – Lucy Buglass, Senior Entertainment Writer
Warfare (HBO MAX)
Look at
As one of the most realistic war films showing modern military battle, War is by no means an easy clock – but it shouldn’t prevent you from streaming it. After all, it is one of our top five films to watch HBO Max in September.
The A24 film’s visceral realism comes with permission from director Alex Garland and Ray Mendoza, a former Navy Seal earned in the Iraq war. This partnership combined with the film’s real -time format throws you right into the chaos of a Plato’s dangerous surveillance mission in Ramadi, Iraq as it quickly spirals out of control.
Based on a true mission, this is an unclear portrayal of modern warlings and thanks to HBO Max you can get a sense of what it really is like to have boots on the ground without leaving the living room. – – SEAM
Canelo vs. Crawford (Netflix)
Look at
Netflix’s Push into the live sports room continues with its latest boxing match in Canelo vs Crawford.
The Live event, which will take place on Sunday, September 13, begins with its subsequent at 1 p.m. 10:30 pt / 3:30 pm one. The main event is expected to start around 1 p.m. 20 PT / KL. 23 one (NB: If you live outside the United States, use PT or ET -WANTS TO EXERCISE WHEN YOU CAN SEE IT IN YOUR NATION).
There is also a lot of running on this ring -based duel. Terence Crawford, which has intensified two weights to this probable bruising, aims to become the first male fighter to won an undisputed title in three weight classes in the four-belt era. Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, who has lost only two of his 67 matches to date and currently has the WBC SuperMidDeveble title, stands in Crawford’s way.
Primetime Emmy Awards 2025 (Paramount+)
Look at
This weekend celebrates the biggest and best in TV, and there are some huge names hoping to win big on the 77th Primetime Emmys. Apple TV+’s Hit series Resignation leads the nominations by 27, but there are plenty of other hit programs that want to secure a gong or five.
Netflix’s devastating Youth Are up to 13 nominations, with Star Owen Cooper on the verge of making prices history. If he wins, he will be the youngest male winner of a functioning Emmy. Elsewhere, HBO’s cruel DC series The penguin is up to 24 and The white lotus for 23, while another Apple TV -Original in The study Could land more prizes.
For me, this is undoubtedly one of the best years for TV ever, and I’m excited to see how it all plays out on September 15. If you are planning to stream it on Paramount+, make sure you subscribe to its premium level, otherwise you will not be able to watch it live. – – Lb
