- Oukitel WP60 debuts with a massive 7.2-inch screen and punch-hole-self-camera
- Rear cameras include a 108MP sensor, rare in sturdy devices
- Storage Settings Scale from 256 GB Baseline to 512 GB Maximum Capacity
Oukitel has introduced the WP60 by IFA 2025, a robust smartphone designed to push the boundaries of screen size and storage capacity.
The brand, already known for devices that prioritize durability rather than delicate styling, seems to challenge rivals such as DooGee, Ulefone and Blackview.
Unlike the recently released Oukitel WP300, which emphasized battery endurance over processing strength, this new model is trying to deliver a balance between size, storage and performance.
A very large sturdy smartphone or phablet
WP60’s 7.2-inch HD+ display and 184 x 87 x 14.9 mm frame place it fixed in phablet territory rather than standard robust smartphone dimensions.
This large panel, paired with Android 15.0, creates a device that is more suitable for users who can otherwise carry robust tablets to work in the field.
The 720 x 1560 resolution can feel limited on a 7.2-inch panel, especially when clarity is important.
This can be a disadvantage for business mines, where sharper screens are often needed for productivity and communication tasks.
WP60 is operated by MTK Dimensity 7025 chipset and comes in three configurations: 8 GB+256 GB, 12 GB+512 GB and 16 GB+512 GB.
This variety suggests that Oukitel is targeted at both basic and heavy users, although the processor may not be powerful enough to handle demanding tasks at the top levels.
For photography, this mobile phone comes with a 32MP front camera that hosts its piston hole screen.
On the back, it has a triple camera setup that includes a 108MP main camera, which is unusual in a sturdy smartphone, paired with an 8MP and a 2MP sensor.
To keep the device in progress, Oukitel integrates a 10,000 mAh battery with 33W PD charging, which is average for robust devices.
This is not a surprise because Oukitel changes battery sizes across its lineup, with models such as the WP200 Pro and WP210, carrying 8,800 mAh devices, while the WP56 has a much larger 16,000 mAh capacity.
The outer appearance of Oukitel WP60 repeats Oukitel WP8 Pro from 2020.
Available in yellow, gray and silver, the unit incorporates fingerprint recognition, NFC and a gyroscope.
According to the company, this robust smartphone will hit the market on October 15, 2025, although price information will remain unannounced.
