“NFL REDZONE” is filmed from Studios in Los Angeles, so kickoff for him is at. 10:00 pt. But his days start hours earlier.

“My Sunday starts at 04:00, at 04:30, that’s when the alarm clock rings. Believe it or not, I don’t even need the alarm clock. I’m so wired to get up on an NFL’s Sunday, my body will wake me before the alarm even has to buzz,” Hanson told Pakinomist Digital. “I grab a shower. I don’t drink coffee. People are extremely shocked by it, because of all the energy I assume I am exhibiting. Not a coffee drinker. I go into the studio and then I am in the studio about five hours before showtime.”

Hanson’s breakfast in the studio is the same every week made to help him maintain water throughout the show.

“Chefs on the network make me the same dense protein, salty breakfast so I can preserve water so I don’t have to use the facilities.”

Hanson cuts off all food and liquids about three and a half hours before showtime.

About two hours in front of the Kickoff opening, Hanson goes to a production meeting to perform the final preparations.

“We have a production meeting about two hours before showtime. I go over all the notes I have with the whole crew. So we are all on the same page with stories, facts, characters, milestones to look for, so we know hey, we expect this to happen in this game or this can happen in this game. Make sure we cover it.

With an hour before the show begins, he puts on his suit and gets makeup done and then practice the beginning of the show.

“We do a little general test, believe in it or not. Of course it is an ad-libber show,” Hanson said. “But we’re doing a general test. The first two minutes of the show are the only part written. I’m usually writing out.”

“What I would like to say to bring in the audience, to rake energy and passion and welcome to the entire football world of a new episode of ‘NFL Redzone.’ We practice it around at.

Hanson’s last bathroom break comes as the clock counts down to Showtime.

“Five minutes before Showtime, when most of you see the countdown watch on ‘NFL Redzone’, I’m in men’s room by using the facilities for the last time because we don’t stop and I haven’t taken a break for more than a decade and I don’t intend,” Hanson said.

“So you look at the clock crossing down. I’m done with. I’m coming back in the studio at 10 pacific, at 13 o’clock. We start the laser exhibition, and then it’s Rock and Roll in 40, 50, 60 Touchdowns in the afternoon.”

Hanson recently collaborated with Lowe’s for his “Ear Your Sunday” campaign.

For millions of NFL fans, Sundays are about football, family and tradition. With “Earn your Sunday”, Lowe’s fans urge to bring the same dedication and preparation they have for their teams in their homes. Hanson said Lowes has everything you need to get your home project done during the week so fans can enjoy their football Sundays.

“Lowe’s has come up with a fantastic campaign this year, called ‘Earn your Sunday.’ And the concept is this, we have all the projects we need in the house, around the house, in the yard.

“I think this campaign this year will really resonate with fans because none of us want to sit on the couch all day on Sunday and feel guilty. We want to know, ‘Ah, got the projects done.’ You go to Lowe’s, you get the things you need to get the projects done in your house.

Philadelphia Eagles, who runs back Saquon Barkley, Minnesota Vikings Broad receives Justin Jefferson, San Francisco 49ers, who runs back Christian McCaffrey and Dallas Cowboys Quarterback Dak Prescott are all among NFL stars who support Lowes Campaign.

“It’s going to be a lot of fun this season,” Hanson said.
