The development comes as an eight-member constitutional bench, led by justice Amin-out-Din Khan heard the petitions against the constitutional adjustments after a hole of nine months.
“Things need to be controlled, we all serve the nation. It’s a big case we’ll handle it in an orderly way,” noted Justice Amin-out-Din Khan while referring to the court’s unanimous judgment with green lighting of the consultation on SC’s YouTube channel.
Other members of the bench include Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhail, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha A Malik, Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Musarrat Hilali, Justice Naeem Akhter Afghan and Justice Shahid Bilal Hassan.
