Apple celebrating the 2025 mls season that starts with a custom logo for each team

The 30th season of Major League Soccer is about to start, and thanks to the league’s partnership with Apple you will be able to stream every game without blackouts via an MLS Season Pass subscription on Apple TV, one of the best streaming services around.

To recognize the anniversary season in addition to debuting a new show and hyping the audience with a new documentary, Apple takes a pen to his logo – a very rare occurrence. Apple puts a fresh spin on the Apple TV logo, yes, actually 30 fresh spins, one for each team in Major League Soccer.

This means that Lionel Messi and his teammates at Inter Miami CF sporting an Apple logo with a pink spotting star and zebra stripes, while Emil Forsberg of New York Red Bulls’ Apple TV logo is a mixture of gold, red and white. “As we approached the season 2025, we had collectively brainstormed how to celebrate this milestone season in a memorable way. The creative minds of Apple developed the concept, which felt authentic for MLS and the partnership and just like the perfect way of commemorating the 30th season milestone, ”Omodile explained. The tailor -made character of each prisoner really caught the jerseys, logo and overall branding of each team. It leads to a colorful takeover of the Apple logo that goes beyond the early days of Rainbow Apple and even the custom invitations that are usually sent to an Apple Special Event.

Why now was the right time to put a fresh spin on the logo, called Ofodile 30 -Year anniversary and said, “We would nod to the incredible visual identity of each of the 30 clubs.” While the individual designs were made internally at Apple, it was also collaboration with the teams: “We worked closely to make sure the designs felt authentic for each club and the feedback has been really positive,” Omodile explained.

Currently, the custom patches are just on the player set, which means that to spot them, look at the players on the field, professional photography of the games or even player profile photos. However, it would be nice to see these custom badges included in the living broadcasts, and we asked Omodile about it or where otherwise Apple is thinking of including these.
