I love The Simpsons. Even if I criticized the show’s decision to keep itching seasons out, I am a sucker for the classics and I endured two hours of pain to be flashing the fish tattooed on me.
You can say it’s a big part of my life, so I’m actually pretty excited about the news that Disney+ gets a power channel that will play non-stop Simpsons Episodes.
Given that one of the best Disney+ exhibitions has so Many episodes now, 768 – you will be exactly – to choose which one I will visit can sometimes take a very long time.
Even when I look at my self -proclaimed “Golden Era” between seasons 1 and 12, there are still so many I enjoy visiting. Now Disney+ is doing the hard work for me and I consider it a huge victory. I am happy to quiet in and be surprised at which episode appears at the time, ready to relive some iconic moments.
Unfortunately, streams are only available in the US for now, so the UK and Australian subscribers will have to wait for this fun new feature.
How does Simpsons work stream?
Instead of navigating The Simpsons Library, this power will continuously play episodes 24/7, and at the launch it starts from season 1 up to new episodes. However, the press release has suggested that the “programming lineup of power will be updated monthly”, suggesting that it will continue to show random episodes or maybe choose theme-line-ups. (I would very much like to see one Treehouse of Horror A personal!).
It is still important to note that season 3, section 1, Sharp raving father, will be omitted from the current, as Polygon has reported that this is per. Wishing from Matt Groening and others behind the episode, as the publication has explained in their previous coverage.
This is an exciting addition to one of the best streaming services, and it certainly simplifies the viewing experience by doing the hard work for us. Hopefully puts an end to wasting precious free time rolling through all episodes.
Of course, if you would rather choose for yourself, the episode library will be there as needed as usual.
