Caitlin Clark and the Indiana fever had their way with Brazil national team in the team’s second WNBA -Preseason game this year.
Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Clark’s old stomping grounds with Iowa Hawkeyes, was the place of this special matchup for the forecast, and NCAA’s leading point scorer at all times felt back home.
In the 108-44 victory, Clark poured 16 points on 6-of-10 shooting while dampening five assists and collecting six rebounds over her 18:42 minutes on the floor.

Clark did not play the team’s opening supply match against Washington Mystics due to a leg injury, but she looked locked in for her first action on 2025 in a fever uniform.
And of course she poured into three-pointers from Hawkeyes’ logo, just as she did in college.

Clark was one of four fever starters who had double -digit points in this one, including Kelsey Mitchell, the team’s leading goal scorer with 17 points, while voting over three steals.

Aliyah Boston, with whom Clark developed a major report during her rookie of the year campaign, also had 11 points, seven rebounds, five assists and two steals to Indiana.
Some new ones for the fever, Dewanna Bonner, Natasha Howard and Sophie Cunningham, also contributed in the route over Team Brazil.
Like a team, the fever shot an impressive 15-of-33 over the arch and marked 45.5% shots made of three-point territory. They also got Team Brazil to turn the ball over 26 times and show their defensive skill early this year.

The fever packs their Forsonkplan with a matchup against the Atlanta Dream on Saturday before beginning their regular season against Angel Reese and Chicago Sky on May 17.
