- Salesforce Uki CEO declares it’s time for “Digital Labor Revolution”
- AI agents that are set to play an ever more important role in companies everywhere
- Agentforce may be “the agent layer for your business” says Salesforce
The next phase of business AI adoption will see agents becoming an important part of the workforce, regardless of your industry, Salesforce leaders have declared.
Salesforce Uki CEO, spoke on his Agentforce World Tour London event, said it was time for the “Digital Labor Revolution” as AI agents take a more central role in companies everywhere.
“This is a moment when we get expanding our teams and unlocking further capacity with AI agents working with us,” she declared, “and we need this now more than ever because customers expect more.”
AI agents everywhere
Bahrololoumi highlighted the rising role of AI agents as the next step along a technological journey that has seen companies embrace the Internet, Cloud Computing Mobile and now AI.
Salesforce has been able to support her customers along every step of this journey, she noticed, and wants to play a key role in AI adoption, one step she noted is: “Possibly greater than the arrival of the Internet.”
Today’s consumers and business customers want personal and human experiences, proactive planning and more interactive experiences in their business, she noted, “Customers want this 24/7 – but the reality is that many customers are struggling to keep up.”
Instead of having to choose between quality and scale or burning out human workers, AI agents can play a key role, Salesforce believes.
Bahrololoumi explained that Agentforce can offer “Work Forces Without Borders … Agents with Real Agency, they don’t just talk, they take action and they solve your customer’s problems 24/7.”
“Agentforce is not just a package of tools, it is the agent layer for your business,” she declared, “it’s time for businesses to take advantage of the digital work revolution.”
To back up these views, Salesforce revealed its report on digital workers, claiming that UK-suite business leaders believe Digital Labor will give a 25% boost in productivity.
The research also found that British companies now fully embrace AI agents, with over three-quarters (78%) of organizations already using AI agents and 14% plan to use the technology for the next six months.
“Each board and business must prepare for this organizational transformation and equip their people into a workforce that is both human and digital,” commented Bahrololoumi, “this is the digital work revolution.”
