If you are looking for some movies to really get your teeth into this summer, peacock has a party of frighty Jaws Movies are now streaming on the service in the US.
It’s a big thing for fans of the franchise who previously had to subscribe to several best streaming services to watch all four movies. For those in the UK and Australia, you actually need a subscription to Prime Video, Paramount+ and more to be able to do the same as I have listed below.
The first movie is of course the most famous and the best of the flock, but all four are worth watching – albeit for very different reasons. The first film effectively invented the Blockbuster of the summer and is widely considered a milestone in modern cinema; Jaws 3-D, not so much. But whether you’re looking for a marine -based masterpiece or one of the later films where you are on Team Shark, there is plenty to enjoy here.

The original 1975 movie is a masterpiece, thanks to a small part of an upcoming filmmaker called Steven Spielberg. Based on the novel with the same name of Peter Benchley, Jaws is a gripping tale of a sunny tourist issue threatened by an indispensable predator that taps into our primary fear of things with sharp teeth chasing us for their dinner. The effects can see a big shonky out compared to today’s CGI-partys, but Jaws Still lowering its teeth into you: Empire magazine suggests it could be Spielberg’s finest moment, which is actually great praise.

You never guess what’s in the water … That’s right! A shark! Roy Scheider returns as Chief Brody in another and reasonably successful rate of Tandy Terror, and while director Jeannot Schwarc is no Spielberg-Hans mid 80s Supergirl Have only 8% on the rotten tomatoes, one of the lowest movie rating I’ve ever seen – if you are approaching Jaws 2 Like a big silly scary, it’s still plenty of fun. As Newsweek expressed it, “It’s better than most successors. It is formal-ridden but smooth, and the special effects act as intended.”

If you had told me that JAWS 3D Wouldn’t survive not one but two 3D crazes I would have laughed, but that’s true. JAWS 3Drenamed JAWS III to the 2D version that streaming now is pretty awful and very fun as a result. I have laughed a lot about the satisfactory use of 3D effects just to use 3D effects: what was fun is even more fun in 2D now.
Can a movie about a shark jump the shark? Film-authority.com thinks it: It “Make a Laughter of what was scary just once in time.” And I love Screenrush’s Take: “No movie with Dennis Quaid holding a bassed hound’s ears to keep them out of his water bowl as he pours himself, it can be overly coffee.

Despite the title, this is not about a tourist town police chief swimming after a shark and trying to bite it. The setup here is that Chief Brody’s widow is convinced that an angry shark is aimed at her family. “This time,” the posters said, “it’s personal.”
Do you remember a moment ago that Supergirls 8% Rotten Tomatoes -Review was the worst I had ever seen? I fibbled. Jaws: Revenge have 2%. “Jaws Looking a little long in the tooth these days, “Chicago Tribune Humed. And Gene Siskel, also in the Tribune, was very aware of who he would see that was thrown in Chum.” Let’s say it this way: When you see and hear Nasal Lorraine Gary on screen, you want the skin to eat her. “
“Much of the time people in this picture just stand and look very sad as if they remember happier days,” wrote Orlando Sentinel. “When you watch this sorry movie, you know how to feel.”
