- AF ACCESS KVM DOCKING STATION LOVER 8K GAMING PERFORMANCE ON A DUE
- Eleven gates aim to consolidate your root of hubs, dock and split to a device
- 100 watt charging power puts this dock in serious workstation area, not only convenience
In a market that is crowded with accessories that claim to streamline your setup, AV Access has announced a new challenger: Idock B10.
The new sqm docking station is marketed as an all-in-one solution for double-computer setups offering support for two 8K screens at 60Hz or Ultrahøj Update speeds up to 240Hz.
This level of resolution may not be important to most users, but AV Access is targeted at performance -conscious professionals and players who prioritize both speed and visual clarity.
Built to change ease and intense workloads
This device offers more than the best USB hub and even some portable docking stations by combining high-speed-USB extension, video output and ethernet connection with integrated sqm functionality.
IDOCK B10 Includes 11 Ports: USB 3.0, HDMI, DisplayPort, Gigabit Ethernet, an SD card castle and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
It also provides 100W power, enough to charge a high -performance laptop during extended use.
Its core function allows users to control both a laptop and a desk with a single keyboard, mouse and screen, switch between them using either a front panel button or a cable federated remote control.
“In today’s hybrid work environment, flexibility is crucial, especially for professionals such as graphic designers, software developers and gaming enthusiasts,” said Bill Liao, CTO for AV Access.
For $ 224.99, with a launch discount of 10%, the IDOCK B10 is not cheap, but it tries to replace what would typically require more devices.
For users who need a double monitor setup capable of switching between two computers without signal fillings or peripheral delay, B10 can be a valuable investment.
However, the double-8K support, equivalent to 66 million pixels, is still an extreme suggestion, especially when most creative professionals work with 4K screens at best.
AV Access has also launched a 4K version, called Idock M10, to MacBook users, and offers summer discounts on other models such as C10 and C20.
