- Hostings Horizons integrate e-commerce directly and remove dependence on plugins or third-party connections.
- The update uses a tested E trading engine from Hostings’s existing site building system.
- Users can add up to 600 products without additional transaction fees.
Hostings have introduced built-in e-commerce platform functionality to its Horizon’s vibe coding platform, making it the first such tools in its category that offers a complete online store setup without relying on third-party integrations.
Website Builder Company claims this update removes the need for plugins, long configuration or technical expertise that allows users to establish an online retail presence of minutes.
Users can list up to 600 products, configure over 100 payment gateway settings, create shipping methods and apply taxes or discounts as needed.
Reduction of time and forces for digital stores
“We build horizons for people who don’t want to worry about technical setup or having to find out how E -trade works,” said Dainius KavoliĆ«nas, head of Hostings Horizons.
“Creating an online store was technically possible before, but it took too much time and effort – fortunately, a tested solution was right next to – our hosting Website Builder already had a powerful E trading engine. We just needed to integrate it.”
Vibe coding is a relatively new approach to web development that replaces manual coding with conversation-ai-prompt-all users to do is describe their desired site or application in natural language, and the platform generates a clear-to-public version.
In addition, the Horizons update integrates an E -trading platform directly into the interface, enabling trouble -free store management without having to leave the system.
Hostings say there are no additional transaction fees and inventory management can be performed manually without taking paid AI prompts.
While this eliminates recurring costs for simple updates such as price changes or stock adjustments, scaling in addition to the accompanying capacity or adaptation of complex workflows still requires additional resources.
The inclusion of Hostings’s existing e-commerce engine, which is previously part of its independent site builder, suggests that the company be reused on proven infrastructure rather than introducing an untested solution.
This can offer some reliability, but whether it meets the expectations of experienced merchants to see.
Although AI can be used to adapt storage, such as the rearranging of products or changing visual elements, the long -term success of any online store will still rely on marketing, product quality and customer service
These factors are not resolved automatically by a fast setup process.
Hostings launched horizons in March 2025 to enable non-technical users to build and publish sites or applications through simple text prompts.
Previous updates included generative engine optimization, manual editing tools, free automatic error correction and database integration.
“After analyzing 200,000 requests, we learned that business sites are the most popular use case among hostings Horizon clients representing about a third of all projects built with the AI tool.”
“Understanding that our customers want to sell online, we delivered a light, intuitive E -trade feature,” added KavoliĆ«nas.
