A $ AP Rocky has agreed with rumors that Met Gala Outfits will receive approval from the host and Vogue editor Anna Wintour.
In a recent appearance on Late night with Seth MeyersWhere he was interviewed with Wintour, the rapper first remembered his first reaction to being offered to become one of the co -chairmen of the 2025 Met Gala.
“When Anna first reached out, you thought it was a prank,” Meyers asked.
“Absolutely. I have a tendency to get these prank calls, and I said, ‘nah, this can’t be right,’ ‘remembered the rapper. “But it was a dream come true.”
The late night host then asked Rocky about the rumor that Wintour sees any participant clothing before being worn to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
“When you choose your clothes, do you feel a responsibility to run it first by Anna?” Meyers asked Rocky who replied, “Well, she told me exactly what to wear.”
Meyers pressed and asked the rapper, “When you heard what she wanted you to have, did you agree it was a good look? Were you happy with it?” As Rocky replied, “She asked me to carry mine, so yes.”
Wintour previously refused rumors that she weighs in on everyone’s Met Gala look.
