The French luxury sound mark Elipson has announced two new active speakers in its Horus range: Horus 6B Active BT book shelf speaker and Horus 11f Active BT Floor stands.
Both sets of speakers have built -in 50W stereo reinforcement, a “sophisticated” bass reflex system, 130 mm fiberglass reinforced cellulose pulp bass / mid -class drivers and 25 mm silk dome neodyme tweeters, and they are available in three finish: light wood / beige, walnut / dark gray and black / carbon.

The Horus 6B Active speakers have a USB audio connection to PC or Mac that offers plug-and-play sound of up to 24-bit/96 kHz, and they also have a moving magnet (mm) phono input to your turntable so you can connect it without also needing a pre-amp.
Both sets of speakers also have HDMI arch for a TV, coaxial and optical input (24-bit/192kHz) and Bluetooth 5.0 with APTX HD.
Frequency response is 40Hz to 20,000Hz for the floor image Horus 11f Active BT and 55Hz to 22,000Hz for the bookshelf Horus 6B Active BT.
