Umar Hayat has denied the charges in the Sana Yousaf killing case on Saturday (today) and did not plead guilty during the hearing in the extra district court in Islamabad.
The case formally went to trial today and was heard by Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka.

Sana Yousaf, a 17-year-old Tiktoker, was shot and killed in Islamabad’s G-13 sector in June. According to police, she was shot up close to her home. The killer allegedly went into the house, opened fire and then fled from the stage. A murder case was registered against the defendant, Umar Hayat, on the Sumbal police station.
Charges against the defendants include murders and catch the victim’s mobile phone. “You’ve been accused of murdering Sana Yousaf – what do you have to say?” The judge asked the defendant.
“I haven’t committed any such crime. All this is false,” said the accused Umar Hayat
When asked what he invoked on the charges of the phone, the defendant replied that all charges charged against him are false and pleaded by his innocence.

The case of Sana Yousuf’s murder has formally begun to trial, and witnesses are called for the next hearing. The Court has postponed the hearing until September 25, and an indictment has been prepared with the fact that the court formally frames the prosecutors.
Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka presided the last hearing on September 13, when Hayat was produced in court and made copies by police Challan. According to investigators, Hayat has confessed to shooting Yousaf inside his home.
