514 (CB514-5H) offers up to an Intel Core 7-Chip, paired with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X memory and 512 GB of storage. 514 (CB514-6H) runs on an Intel Core 3 N Series processor and also supports up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB NVME SSD.
For those who need more screen space and power, the Chromebook plus 516 includes an Intel Core 7 processor, 16 GB LPDDR5X memory and 512 GB of internal stock. All models either support the Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 and are equipped with high-resolution QHD screens.
