Tomorrow (September 28) is National Coffee Day, and to celebrate Aeropress has just launched two new versions of its portable coffee maker. The new Premium White and Premium Black Editions are now available from Williams Sonoma and directly from Aeropress.
Although I spend hours every week testing the best coffee machines from large brands such as De’Longhi and Breville, filled with features such as automatic pre-infusion, fast-rapid cold brewing and professional quality forminders, the classic aeropress is still one of my go-to settings when I want to brew a cup in a hurry. It’s also one of my favorite camping coffee machines because it’s so easy and fast.
If you are not familiar with it, Aeropress is a hand -operated coffee builder that uses air pressure for extraction. Just add a small filter paper and your coffee plots, pour hot water in, and then push the piston down when it is added to your taste.
Depending on the relationship between coffee and water, you can create a drink that looks like French press or espresso, or use cold water to make cold infused coffee for ice drinks and cocktails (just make sure to touch it quickly before throwing for the best taste).
Delicious coffee to smaller
Aeropress Premium is a more elegant version of the original, made using glass, stainless steel and aluminum rather than plastic. It is BPA-free and has a 10pz capacity (enough to produce one or two cups, depending on which coffee you choose).
There is no need to worry about the fracture or the body of the heat coffee machine is made of double-walled borosilicate glass for strength and insulation, keeping your coffee warm and your hands cool.
