Lahore:
A MASTERIAL COURT Tuesday extended the physical custody of YouTuber Saadur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, for four days more in a case related to the promotion of online gaming applications.
The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) produced the defendant before the court magistrate Naeem Wattoo after the end of his previous two-day custody.
NCCIA officials requested additional custody to continue interrogation by the court.
Ducky Bhai was arrested early Sunday at Lahore Airport after a four filed by NCCIA under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes, 2016, and relevant sections of the Pakistani Criminal Code.
The case was registered on August 17, according to section 13 (electronic forgery), 14 (electronic fraud), 25 (spamming) and 26 (forgery) of PECA together with section 294-B (offers price in connection with trade) and 420 (cheating and dishonestly inducing property) of PPC.
