AJ Lee made his long -awaited return to WWE Friday night.
Lee showed up on “Friday Night Smackdown” to give some backup to her real man, CM PUNK, like his coward with Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch exploding over the past week.

Lynch cost Punk World Heavyweight Championship in Clash in Paris last weekend and then burned him under a segment of “Monday Night Raw” earlier this week. Punk teased he had something up his sleeve that went into Friday’s show.
Punk and Lynch approached each other in the ring.
“Becky, this is exactly the situation I wanted to avoid,” he said, “because you know, and I know and everyone knows I would never put my hands on a lady. Fortunately, I got someone who will.”
Punk turned around, and Lee’s entry music hit. Fans in Chicago were thrown in a madness. Lynch was stunned when Lee went down to the ring.

Lee did not have much to say. She let her hands do most of it. She and Lynch scraped into the ring before the women’s intercontinental champion shed a way with the help of her real husband, Seth Rollins.
Lee has not been seen in WWE since she retired in April 2015. It was more than a year after punk controversial left the business. Lee was involved in Women of Wrestling, a Jeanie Buss-supported promotion, but did not return to action in the ring.

So more than 10 years later, she’s back and part of one of the biggest feuds running in WWE.
