Alishba Khan Rotch from Nushki, Balochistan has been chosen as a finalist for 2025 women who change world prices.
Among 751 nominations on Shortlist, the judges have chosen Alishba Khan Rotch as finalist for the award Young Woman of the Year, who recognizes her extraordinary contribution to literature, advocacy and youth empowerment, said a press release issued here Friday.
When he comes from Nushki, near the Afghan border – a region that is often associated with Militans – Alishba is determined to redefine his inheritance. Instead of a militant, she hopes to be the one who shapes her narrative. She is Pakistan’s youngest author, after writing her debut novel at. 11 and the country’s youngest memoirist, who began his memoir at. 14. At 16 years she became Pakistan’s youngest self -published author.
Her journey extends beyond literature -she has served as a UNICEF Pakistan ambassador for polio -depletion, a youth ambassador for Mental Health in UNICEF’s on my mind campaign and a youth ambassador for Quetta Gladiators.
