In an emotional Instagram post, actor Alizeh Shah opened the toll that constantly trolling and criticism has taken her, both mentally and physically, and broke her silence – not for attention but for peace.

Starlet that shot for fame with the TV show EHD-E-WAFASaid it got so bad that she had to pull away from everyone and everything.
“It reached a point where I had no choice but to isolate me completely, not only from social media, but from everyone around me.”
Shah described herself as “destroyed, exhausted and overwhelmed” and said that words alone cannot explain the weight she has carried.

Although she changed her Instagram -bio to say she’s alive, rumors didn’t stop.
“News channels have contacted my parents and asked if I’m dead. Imagine what it does with a family, to a mother’s heart.”
She said the pressure has made her physically ill and she doesn’t know if she’s returning to Instagram – or even TV – anytime soon.
“Right now, I really don’t know when or whether I will ever return to Instagram or TV dramas.” Her message was clear: She just needs space.
“Stop contacting my family. Stop putting up stories. Let me just breathe.” For fans and media, it is a simple request from someone that is clearly in pain.
Shah has often found herself in the center of hard judgment – whether it was for smoking, cut her hair short, set boundaries on set or just for what she was wearing.
She was also drawn into a public spit with actor Zarnish Khan, who had once made hurtful comments about her. Although Zarnish later apologized, Alizeh did not accept it and said the damage had already been done.
Last year, Shah clapped back on haters to troll her fashion choices while on vacation in the United States.
“I know that being a Pakistani and having a different feeling of fashion causing a lot [of] Questions for people but is that really my problem? “Wrote a furious Alizeh in his Instagram stories.
Shah, who has contributed alongside Mahira Khan and Bilal Ashraf in the movie “Superstar”, highlighted “hypocrisy” of people who “love to see these Pakistani actresses wearing choti si choli (a small and short honored blouse) and lehnga in movies and enjoy it, but if we wear something we like us out?
Mot the end of the note the young actor said she “performed” setback from the trolls. “I’m a public figure not a public property, so keep your paralyzed opinions for yourself! I’m done tolerating!” She added.
Shah is widely known for her lively look and fashion selection, and she often posts pictures and videos of herself that show she is doing well.
But all has not been good for Taqdeer Actor, whom she has been constantly facing comments from the public on her Instagram account.
Back in May 2024 Alizeh had again been targeted due to her clothing selection, which got for Dil Mother Ka Diya Stars to answer the comments.
“I find all memes and criticism entertaining. The fact that a trivial topic to discuss now is the most troubling question in our country instead of becoming a voice for Palestine. What’s wrong with our people?” She had written on her Instagram stories.
