Ally Lewber has confirmed her split from James Kennedy following his latest domestic violence arrest.
The 28-year-old shared the news via Instagram Stories on Thursday, just hours after it was revealed that Kennedy would not face charges over the Dec. 11 incident.
In his emotional statement, Lewber wrote: “Thank you for all your support and kindness. I’m glad prosecutors decided not to press charges against James as I never wanted to press criminal charges. We had an argument outside his home in in connection with his drinking again; however, I was not physically harmed.”
In addition Vanderpump rules Star expressed disappointment with how the incident was portrayed publicly, but emphasized her continued support for Kennedy.
In this regard, she concluded: “We are no longer together, but I will always support James and wish him the best with his sobriety and recovery.”
According to Daily MailKennedy’s arrest occurred after Burbank police responded to reports of a dispute between a man and woman outside his residence.
While the officers did not notice any visible injuries to the alleged victim, Kennedy was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic battery charge. He was released after posting $20,000 bail.
After the arrest, speculation swirled about the couple’s relationship status. While Kennedy reportedly described their situation as “taking a break,” sources close to the couple believe the relationship is over, according to the publication.
Also, Lewber and Kennedy started dating in 2022 after his engagement to Vanderpump rules co-star Rachel Leviss ended.
