Karachi:
A constitutional bench by Sindh High Court (SHC) has enabled former President Dr. ARIF ALVI to withdraw to RS1 million from his frozen bank accounts.
A two-member bench of SHC, led by Justice KK Agha, heard a petition that challenged the freezing of the former president’s bank accounts.
During the hearing, an investigative officer from Islamabad and director of the National Cyber Crime Agency Waqar Ahmed appeared in court. Ahmed requested the court to give additional time to submit the answer.
