A constitutional bench by Sindh High Court (SHC) has enabled former President Dr. ARIF ALVI to withdraw to RS1 million from his frozen bank accounts.

A two-member bench of SHC, led by Justice KK Agha, heard a petition that challenged the freezing of the former president’s bank accounts.

During the hearing, an investigative officer from Islamabad and director of the National Cyber ​​Crime Agency Waqar Ahmed appeared in court. Ahmed requested the court to give additional time to submit the answer.
