Colton Dixon can hardly believe how fast his twin daughters grow up.
People Magazine Reported that American Idol -Alunet recently marked a milestone when his girls, Ava Dior, lovingly called Dior and Athens Elizabeth, turned 5 years old.
In the new chat with the business, Dixon, who shares the twins with wife Annie, admitted that it has been surreal to see them hit this age.
“It’s hard to believe that Dior and Athens will be 5!” Dixon that recently released its new single The love I have for you.
“Having them in our lives has been the greatest joy and we are happy with this next phase of life with them. Every day is an adventure! We are honored that God chose us to be their parents.”
The proud father revealed that the festivities began with a lunch at the beach where Dior and Athens surprised him with a special gift.
“We started the day with lunch on the beach where the girls surprised me with a gold plaque to [Dixon’s song ‘Miracles’]! “He says.” Seeing them go up with it’s a memory I will always appreciate! “
The family on four later wrapped the day in the sweet way as possible: at Disneyland.
“We ended their birthday celebration at their favorite place in the world – Disneyland!” Dixon shared.
“We got some new princess friends while we courageous the heat in the happiest place on earth!” he concluded.
