Anjelica Huston recently opened about what her ex, Jack Nicholson, did under La Wildfires.
Conversation with PEOPLEThe 73-year-old American actress and director revealed that she received a call from Nicholson when she left Los Angeles with her housekeeper and pets in January to escape the fires.
Huston shared, “The phone just rang out of nowhere, and it was him. It’s always a comfort when he calls.”
The Addam’s family Star admitted it was “heartbreaking sweet. I have gone back over it several times in my head and I think the next time I accepted the invitation.”
Despite having been on good terms with Batman Stars and calls her friendship with him “important,” Huston said she is not visiting his LA -home often today.
She explained, “Life gets in the way. Also for some reason they have made endless redirection and road work near his house, so it takes hours to get to him and it is always annoying. I’ve always managed to come late to see him, which is very annoying to him.”
Especially, The witches Alun, who was married to Robert Graham from 1992 to 1992-2008, traveled to his ranch, located near the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California due to fires.
For the unwarter one, Huston’s first interaction with Nicholson was at a party that took place at his residence in LA in 1973.
It is relevant to mention that the couple dating from 1973 to 1990 also appeared together in the 1985 film Prizzi’s honorwho was directed by Huston’s father, John Huston.
