The Pakistani army on Tuesday shot another Indian military quadcopter along the control line (LOC) in the Satwal sector, says security sources. Earlier in the day, Pakistani forces had put down an Indian Quadcopter in the Manawar sector in the Bhimber District.

According to the sources, the quadcopter, which was identified as a Phantom 4 model, performed surveillance within the Pakistani territory when it was captured and brought down.

Defense experts said that repeated violations from the Indian military through unauthorized drone activity contributed to increased tension along LOC. “Such irresponsible actions from the Indian forces are conscious attempts to sabotage regional peace,” analysts said.

They also noted that the Downing of Quadcopters reflects the Pakistani army’s “professional expertise and high state of operational emergency preparedness.” “The Pakistani army is fully prepared to deliver a robust and effective reaction to any kind of aggression,” the defense experts added.
