Islamabad:

The judges sitting on the constitutional bench (CB) for hearing about review appeals against the point of point of the tip on the reserved seat case that was observed on Tuesday that there was no bar in the judges’ nomination, nor was there any firm number of the judges on the bench.

An 11 member CB, led by Justice Aminuddin Khan, heard the review appeals to July 12, 2024 of the Supreme Court, who assigned the reserved seats in the National Assembly and the provincial assemblies to PTI.

Earlier this month, a 13-member CB admitted to hearing the Review Pleas with 11-2 majority decision.
