Shahdadpur:

A drunk DSP physically attacked his in-laws and threatened to kill them in Shahdadpur’s surahiya location. The incident has given rise to widespread protest in the area.

According to details, DSP Younus Subahpoto, who is responsible for the traffic police in Sukkur, reached the house to his in -laws in a drunken state and assaulted them. A video of the incident has become viral on social media, causing indignation among the locals.

The affected family and area people staged a protest outside the police station and demanded action against DSP Younus. They accused him of being an alcoholic who often harasses his in -laws and locals especially while drunk.

The family claimed that DSP Younus attacked and wounded them and threatened to kill them. They also accused him of trying to run over their son, Fahad, with his car and later threatened to shoot him.

The protesters claimed that the police, despite several complaints, have not taken steps towards DSP. They demanded that a case be registered against him and he should be arrested immediately.
