- Apple announced that WWDC 2025 is running from June 9 to June 13
- The week -long developer conference starts with a special event on June 9
- It should be the next big chance of Apple to give an update on Apple Intelligence and for New Software to be revealed
We all expected Apple’s next event to be in June and the Cupertino-based Tech Behemoth did it just officially. WWDC-AKA World Wide Developers Conference returns, and the week-long affair starts with a special event on June 9, 2025.
It is safe to say that Apple has a lot of driving at the special event, as it will be almost a year to the day when Apple Intelligence was revealed and in the 365 days ago there has been many news.
Most recently, Apple officially confirmed a delay with the AI-Infunded Siri and said it will arrive ‘in the coming year.’ We all expect Apple – probably in the form of CEO Tim Cook or SVP of Software Craig Federghi – should provide a state of the state of the function set.
On typical Apple mode, the company is tight about what to expect from WWDC 2025. We have a new graphic with “WWDC” in the iconic Rainbow Apple colors, and “25” at the end of the Event Logo has a certain dimension to what potentially suggests that the rumor redesign of iOS, iPados and macos will take a side from visionos.
Apple’s State State and hopefully an update on Apple Intelligence
In the shared release, Apple teases that the week “will highlight the latest progress in Apple software”, which is likely to suggest the release of iOS 19, iPados 19, MacOS-Insert Funny California-Thema-Name-Name-16, Watchos 12, Visionos 3, as well as new versions of Tvos and OS ‘for HomePod and HomePod Mini.
Susan Prescott, Apple’s Vice President of Worldwide Development Relations, writes: “We are happy to mark another incredible year with WWDC with our global developer community. We cannot wait to share the latest tools and technologies that will strengthen developers and help them continue to innovate”
Greg Joswiak, Apple’s SVP of Marketing, went to X (formerly Twitter) to suggest that we all save the week, suggest a lot of news and shared an animated version of the WWDC 25 logo that definitely has some jump.

As with previous years, WWDC 2025 will be available online and free of charge for all registered developers, but there will be a personal component that happens in Apple Park in Cupertino, approx. This will be a chance for people to see Keynote and Platforms’ State of the Union as well as attend workshops. However, space is limited and registration is required. Either way, Techradar will have boots on the ground and be the place to be for the news when it breaks.
However, the real question is on our minds how Apple Intelligence is located in the future and which non-ai development Apple has in store for the software that drives iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro and even AirPods.
Apple’s top team will have to explain where the AI-Infunded Siri is, how the timeline is changed, and most importantly how they will stick to it. The latest report is that Mike Rockwell – VP behind Vision Pro and getting it to the market – is now responsible for Siri, reporting directly to Craig Federghi.
Could we finally get a real redesign of iPados, making it more Mac-like and letting people with an iPad Pro take advantage of the M4 chip? Will there be some impressive new continuity features in the same vein as iPhone reflection? Can the redesigned be so impressive and a Garaguntan jump pushing the appeal to Apple hardware?
The effort is high and I hope we get some bigger news. But now we just have to wait 76 days – and count – until Tim Cook takes the stage, says good morning, and hopefully gives more context about Apple Intelligence and the strange, strange rollout it is taken.
