- Apple Watch 11 is expected to have a brighter display
- It should be revealed by Apple on the coming Tuesday
- Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple Watch See 3 Expected Also
Prior to the Big Apple show, which comes on Tuesday – with iPhone 17, which is a leader in terms of products – we see some late rumors about the expected revelations, including some fresh information about the Apple Watch Series 11.
Well respected Apple tipster Mark Gurman has written a great event example of Bloomberg, and although much of the article includes a repeat of his previous predictions about the iPhone 17, there are a few new excerpts.
Gurman says Apple Watch 11 will include a “new screen” that “sets up the maximum brightness”, while Apple is also expected to “mix” its color choices to the clock this time – so we will have to see what new shades may look.
While no specific colors are mentioned, there is a reference to the jet black option we saw with the Apple Watch Series 10 suffering from tile problems. Don’t be surprised to see this color dropped when the new laptop appears.
Three watches incoming
Apart from the improved screen, we expect Apple Watch 11 to match Apple Watch 10 in many ways. Of course, both wearables also get the renewed Watchos 26 Software Update at some point next month.
The same report also mentions the other watches we expect Apple Watch Ultra 3 and Apple Watch see 3, but the upgrades mentioned to these devices – including 5G connection – have already been predicted by Gurman in previous months.
Faster chips are almost guaranteed to these new smartwatches, but from this latest report it seems that the long -awaited blood pressure detection may not be ready in time. Gurman says Apple has “run into regulatory and technical challenges” with the function.
Everyone will be revealed on Tuesday, September 9, starting at 1 p.m. You can already follow our live blog and find out how to see the event online.
