All eyes will be at Texas Longhorn’s Quarterback Arch Manning in 2025 as he goes out on his first season as the starting.
Manning committed to Texas before the start of the season 2023. He appeared in two games as a beginner and 10 matches as the second time when he sat as a backup to Quinn Ewers. With Ewers in NFL, however, the keys are delivered to Manning to lead Texas to the promised land.

The fame attached to Manning because of his football status as well as his last name certainly creates a celebrity mood around him in Austin. However, he told journalists at the Maning Passing Academy that he received some advice from Matthew McConaughey on how to deal with attention.

“He has been great to have in my corner. … he just told me different ways how to handle things in different situations. He is much more well -known than I am, so it’s good at any time you get advice from him. … he told you that you still have to live your life. He says he goes to the grocery store, goes down every time and he lives his life.
Manning has already had the NFL hype thrown around him, but he says he is not too much aware of the noise around him.
“I’m really not very aware of anyone what they think besides my coaches, my parents and some close friends who will tell me the truth. But I’m not worried about what other people think. I just want to go out there and have fun and play my game,” he said.
