Apple may have channeling its Elvis with its latest award for limited edition for Apple Watch. For the unknown to certain events of the year, Apple Special Digital Awards are rolling out, you can unlock by ending with an Apple Watch – the catch is that there is a time sensitivity to score them.
If something, it can encourage you to become active on a day when you may have taken rest or push you to walk the extra mile. This Valentine’s Day, rather than feeling combustion, maybe may have you feel love. Simply complete a 30-minute workout before the clock hits midnight on February 14, 2025 and you will get Heart Month Limited-Edition Award.
After all, at the top of February 14, Valentine’s Day is February Heart Month Month in the United States. It can also encourage you to check out some of the other heart health features on the Apple Watch, including monitoring of general activity, performing a health app on your iPhone and even enabling heartbeat.
Like previous prices with limited edition, Apple does not lock this one behind a particular type of exercise. In fact, you can spend 30 minutes with any type of exercise – be it dance, hiit, cycling, swimming, yoga or any of the others – and you are eligible for the price. This one design is green and the training ring is well ended with a heart in the middle and the numbers for 2025.
HEART MONTH LIMITED-EDITION AWARD is animated and you also lock some special stickers for messages after earning the award. It’s pair for the course with the Apple Watch Workout Awards that we saw with one Celebration of national parks in August and a custom to Mental Health Awareness Day.
Given that the activity rings can the Gamify experience a little, this certainly works as more encouragement and an honor of being active. It certainly works that way for me too. Alongside the award that highlights Heart Month, the Apple Watch dependent on your condition — and also offers a few other heart-centric features.
These include the ability to monitor your heartbeat and receive messages if the Apple Watch detects an irregular or high heartbeat. You can turn on messages to these on your wrist by going into the Apple Watch app on your iPhone and then tapping the heart. There you can turn on notifications of irregular rhythm and high and low heart rate. In addition, Apple Watch gives a rough estimate of your cardio fitness level and warns you about your wrist and in the health app if low.
If you have a new enough Apple Watch – it has been around since the series 4 – you can also take an ECG or electrocardiogram on your wrist. For example, the Apple Watch Ultra 2, Apple Watch Series 10 and Apple Watch See SEE SECOND GENERATION ALL ROBUST HEARTHYTE PORSE TRAINING features with ECG functionality.
Even if you are not exactly a heart measurement, you can also use the Mindfulness app on your Apple Watch to take a break during the day to reflect or potentially reduce stress.
