The primary accused of Mustafa Amir Report and Murder Case, Armaghan, was allegedly responsible for delivering hundreds of young people on drugs and also exposed more girls and boys to torture, a government Attorney Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) said on Tuesday.
The case concerns a BBA student’s alleged kidnapping and murder after he disappeared on January 6th. During the case today, Armaghan was produced before the court by police.
The whole saga unfolded after the primary accused opened fire on a team of the anti-violent crime cell (AVCC) -A specialized unity of the Karachi police responsible for tackling cases related to murders and extortion-under a raid in his residence in Karachis DHA on February 8.
At the beginning of the hearing, the lawyer assessed the court that the defendant was “a very wise person” and the investigative team has not yet given up murder weapons from the defendant.
As you elaborate on, the lawyer added that Armaghan was staying in Skardu after committing the crime and returning to Karachi along the way. He also said that a forensic examination was required for the 64 laptops that were seized from the accused’s residence.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and other institutions have also launched an investigation, an investigative officer told the ATC judge, adding that they have to recover murder weapons.
The Government Attorney added that the defendants still made revelations, so he should be sent to physical custody until March 10.
The judge questioned how many cases were filed against the defendant. The lawyer said Armaghan was also facing cases filed by The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD).
The Court then questioned the time frame for the submission of a fee bar. The government attorney replied that the investigation has not yet been completed and again sought an extension of Armaghan’s physical custody.
The court accepted the placement and expanded the accused’s physical custody until March 10.
In another development today, the co-accused, Shiraz, was sent to jail on the court’s custody of the ATC.

The deceased’s body – found by the police in a car near the HUB checkpoint on January 12 and buried by the Edhi Foundation on January 16 – was later stated and subsequently buried after an initial DNA profiling report confirmed that the deadly remains belonged to Mustafa.
Previously, it was learned that the arrest of Armaghan and Sahir Hasan, the son of a famous actor, has disturbed the operation of the drug cartel in Karachi’s exclusive neighborhood, the news reported.
With possible facets of money laundering, fraud and an illegal call center, the study also revealed the presence of alleged drug trafficking in the said case.
The resulting crash has caused a stop in the supply of marijuana – commonly known as weeds – causing massive economic losses for drug dealers.
Amir’s killing and subsequent arrests have postponed several aspects of a drug cartel that had operated in Karachi for years.
