Chief of Army Staff (Coas) General Syed Asim Munir is on an official visit to the United Kingdom to attend the 7th Regional Stabilization Conference at the prestigious Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, said Public Relations (ISPR) between Services (ISPR) on Wednesday.
During the visit, Coas delivers the keynote speaker on “The New World Order and Pakistan’s future prospects”.
The stabilization conference serves as the leading platform for army-to-arm dialogue between Pakistan and the United Kingdom held annually to promote cooperation.
The event brings together a balanced representation of decision makers, both civilians and military, as well as members of prominent think tanks from both nations.
This year’s conference is of particular importance in the light of the rapidly developing geopolitical landscape, providing an invaluable opportunity to exchange perspectives and explore paths to improved bilateral cooperation.
On the preliminary day of his visit, General Syed Asim Munir was awarded a warm and worthy welcome, including a ceremonial honor of honor at the historic Royal Horse Guard’s parade ground, presented by an impeccably beaten contingent.
During his visit, COA’s collaboration with key members in the UK’s civil and military leadership to discuss issues of mutual interest. His engagements will include meetings with the CEO Toney Radicon, Defense Chief UK, General Sir Roland Walker, head of the General Staff of the British Army, and Jonathan Nicholas Powell, the British national security adviser.
