After originally being excluded from competing for a fourth equal high school’s wrestling title, Anthony Knox is set to fight for a four-peat.
The New Jersey wrestler was originally disqualified from the state tournament after getting involved in a fight that ended with him and his father arrested.
The incident happened in the NJ District 25 Wrestling Tournament at Collingswood High School, according to NJ.com, and Knox is accused of sprinting in the stands where a fight began between his father, Anthony Knox Sr., and fans who saw the tournament.

However, Mercer County awarded Superior Court Judge Patrick Bartels Knox Jr. A temporary restriction order from his ban on Friday, which currently allows him to compete.
The interscholastic athletic association in New Jersey, as Knox Jr. brought a lawsuit against, said they planned to appeal the court’s decision that they “strongly disagree” with.

Knox Jr., a Cornell Commit, is the top-ranked 126-pound wrestler in the US with, through last weekend, a career 136-1 record and 123 straight victories, including his district title.
His alleged commitment to Brawl did not affect his status on the college team.
St. John Vianney Senior is now competing for Region 7 tournament this weekend. He weighed into the tournament less than an hour after the court’s decision.

The state championships take place next weekend, with Knox Jr. Again, the heavy favorite is after winning each of its first three years at SJV.
