Security forces have killed two Indian supported terrorists and arrested two others during an intelligence-based operation in Balochistan’s Duki district, the military’s media wing said on Sunday.
The operation was launched on reports of the presence of members of Fitna Al Hindustan, described by the military as an Indian proxy group operating in the region.
“Security forces effectively engaged the location of the Indian sponsored terrorists,” Inter-Services PR-Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement. “After an intense exchange of fire, two Indian sponsored terrorists were sent to hell while two were arrested.”
Security forces also restore weapons, ammunition and explosives from the terrorists involved in a number of terrorist activities in the area. A sanitization operation is currently underway to eliminate remaining terrorists.
“The security forces in Pakistan have been determined to wipe out the threat of Indian sponsored terrorism from the country,” ISPR said. It added that the operation confirmed the country’s “unwavering decision to bring the perpetrators of terrorism to justice.”
Meanwhile, President Asif Ali Zardari paid tribute to the security forces for their successful intelligence-based operation in the Duki district, Balochistan, leading to the killing of two Indian supported terrorists.
In a statement issued on Sunday, the president praised against and professionalism for the security staff and said that their courage in neutralizing threats to national security was commendable.
“The whole nation is proud of the professional competence, bravery and victims of our security forces,” said President Zardari. “The people of Pakistan stand shoulder to shoulder with their armed forces.”
He confirmed Pakistan’s unwavering decision to eradicate Indian sponsored terrorism from its earth. “Our security forces are determined to eradicate Indian-supported terrorism from the country,” he said.
President Zardari promised that the fight against terrorism would continue until its complete elimination. “Our fight will continue until the threat of terror is fully wiped out,” he declared.
A day earlier, 14 terrorists were also killed during an exchange of fire following a suicide attack on a military convoy in North Waziristan, who martyred 13 officials and wounded three civilians – two children and a woman.

A vehicle -carried suicide bomber tried to detonate themselves near the convoy of security forces, but was captured by the leading group that foiled its dishonest design, “the military’s media wing, ISPR, said in a statement.
“However, in their desperation, an explosive vehicle was hit that was hit into one of the vehicles in the leading group of Indian sponsored Kharjis,” it added. “As a result, 13 brave sons embraced the earth shahaadat.”
