ATC allows Imran’s conversations with children

Rawalpindi:

The Special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Friday ordered the Adiala Prison Superintendent to give books to Pakistan Tehreek-E-Insaf Founder Imran Khan and arrange his phone interview his children before Eidul Fitr.

ATC judge Amjad Ali Shah approved two uses of the PTI founder when he heard the case of attacks on GHQ on May 9, 2023.

The court also approved the federal police’s request for custody of the PTI demonstrants arrested in Rawalpindi during the protests on November 24, 2024.

The court ordered the transfer of 118 accused in five cases registered in Karachi Company, Aabpara, Ramna and Kohsar police stations to the Islamabad police.
