Islamabad:
An anti-terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday awarded preliminary bail to the PTI leader and former provincial minister Raja Basharrat in November 26, protest and rebel case.
The court prevented the police from arresting the petitioner until the next date of the case registered by Karachi Company Police Station against him.
ATC judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case where Raja Basarrat appeared in court with his legal team.
The court approved the preliminary bail against bail bonds worth RS5,000 and made messages to the respondents for comments. The court postponed the hearing of the case until September 8.
