An alleged attack on the vehicle for a prime minister of some protesters in the tatta district of Sindh caused an angry reaction from PML-N led the federal government who called on the PPP province to investigate the matter and take the perpetrators of the task. After the incident, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Kohistani called and condemned strongly "attack". He assured the prime minister for a thorough investigation into the incident. "The attack on public representatives is unacceptable. The persons involved in the incident would be given exemplary punishment," he said. Sindh -Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah noted the attack on Kohistani’s vehicle and strongly condemned the action in the strongest terms.
