Islamabad:
Attorneys observed a partial strike on Wednesday at the invitation of Islamabad carried Council after Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri from IHC was excluded from legal work.
The strike disturbed routine trial, although hearings in some cases continued.
IHC Bar Secretary Manzoor Jajja called in a statement lawyers not to appear in court as a brand for protest.
As a result, IHC high -ranking Sarfraz Dogars case list was canceled, while justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz did not reach the court and heard only urgent affairs in chambers.
