Jason Tartick remembers “to crawl on all fours” with back pain prior to his recent hospitalization.
The Bachelor Nation Star, 36, detailed a training session went wrong to the point that he felt dishonest back pain.
“I don’t know what the hell is going on with me. I get f ****** old, man, washed up,” he shared at the end of March 24 Episode of his podcast Commercial secrets.
“I’ve hurt that lift,” he said of my back. “Not to sound Douchey, but like two, three weeks ago, maybe a month ago, I probably set, like, 295 lbs. And right now I can’t do a squat on my foot. I can’t do a one -legged squat. I fall.”
“It’s like I had a stroke or something,” he remembered. “I think it’s from [lifting] weight.”
The Star of Reality continued to explain the horrors that unfolded just before he decided to be controlled in the hospital.
“I never hope I never hope they never have pain like it for a long time,” he said, sharing that when he decided to “go to the hospital,” “he sought all four.”
He continued, “I get shot with steroids. Still taking steroids. Just about to finish the package.”
Tartick revealed that he would get an MRI to find out what was going on with his back, explained, “I hope for the herniated disk. I hope it’s like bulging disk. Right now, my knees to my toes, it’s like, still things that are crazy.”
In another update on Instagram, Tartick expressed his disbelief to visit an orthopedic doctor for thirty.
“I can’t believe I’m in thirty, and I’m on an ortho for my back,” he said.
