- Leaked photos show Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 from different angles
- You can see it in a stylish blue hue and it looks very thin
- Another leak suggests the phone has only an IP48 -assessment
At this point we have seen several leaked reproductions of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, but so far we have not seen much in the way of photos. A leaked photo showed the back of the phone, but it was about it – so far.
Today, @jukanlosreve – which has a good track record for leaks – has shared photos showing the front, back and sides of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and although the details are not different from what we have already seen in reproductions, the phone looks much better in the meat.
You can see that it is in a blue shade here that can be the ‘blue shade’ that we have heard previously can be one of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 colors – although we would expect it to be darker from the name.
In any case, you can also see a triple-lens camera, and one of the images gives a good look at how slim this phone can be.
Previous leaks disagree on exactly how thin it will be, with sources pointing to anything from 3.9 mm to 4.5 mm when unfolded, but anywhere in this range would make it much thinner than the 5.6 mm thick Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6.
A dust drawer
In other Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 NEWS A leaked energy classification brand shared by @mysterylupin shows it as having an IP48 assessment. It is the same as the current model and is contrary to some previous leaks pointing to better dust resistance.
If the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 has this assessment, it will, while it will be able to survive immersion in water to depths of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, only have minimal dust resistance, so it would be disappointing.
We suspect this leaked label is correct as foldable phones always struggle with dust resistance, and since Leaker @pandaflashpro also recently claimed it has an IP48 assessment.
We should definitely find out for sure as the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 is set to launch on July 9 with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7.
