When Pepper-Jackson attended the meeting, Morrisey called on officials to hold separate scores.

“A boy is currently competing in Girls’ Sports at High School State Track Meet in West Virginia,” Morrisey wrote on Facebook. “It’s wrong and unfair. I again urge officials to hold separate scores so that the true winners can be awarded when we win in court.

“We don’t stop fighting to protect girls’ sports.”

A federal appeals court blocked a law on West Virginia that would have prevented biological men from competing against girls and women in sports last year. The court said the law cannot legally be applied to a Middle School Age girls who have taken puberty-blocking medication and have been publicly identified as a girl since third grade.

West Virginia has since appealed to the Supreme Court on the decision of the appeal.

When the West Virginia High School course and Field moved into the post -season, Morrisey coaches called on to allow athletes to “take a stand” against transcends participating in girls’ sports.

“I think what’s going on right now in West Virginia – with boys playing sports against girls – to be abominable and unlike the law,” he wrote on Facebook. “While we wait for the Supreme Court to issue their decision in this case, I urge all involved coaches to let these brave athletes take a stand for what is right without unreasonable punishment.
