China and Pakistan are traditional friends and neighbors, and the two countries have very close cooperation in different areas, but cooperation between China and Pakistan is not targeting any third party, said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning on Wednesday.

With her regular orientation, she said that outside the situation between India and Pakistan, Foreign Minister Wang Yi pointed out during her conversations with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, that China welcomes and supports the efforts of India and Pakistan to properly deal with their differences through dialogue, achieve a full and lasting ceasefire and seek fundamental solutions.

The spokesman said this is in line with the basic and long -term interests of both sides and conducive to regional peace and stability, as well as the common expectation of the international community.
