Bella Ramsey finally moves on from the revenge -filled blood, sweat and tears from The last of us Season 2.
“I’m back in Vancouver and filming another thing,” Bella said in the latest episode of EW’s The price Podcast.
“The last time I was here, I was in the middle of the blood, sweat and tears that filmed season 2 .. I want to get to recover now,” they said.
In the second season of HBO’s show, Bella’s Ellie goes on a revenge after Kaitlyn Derve’s Abby kills his father figure Joel (Pedro Pascal).
In his rage, Rampage burned Ellie Abby’s friends Nora, Mel and Owen.
Bella explained Season 2 and Ellie’s feelings and said, “She was very angry in the first season, but season 2, it is a very vulnerable anger. It comes from a place of deep fear and sadness and loneliness. But it manifests with her as a kind of revenge, insatiable anger and need for revenge.”
The Game of Thrones Star noted that while Bella was fighting Joel for her killing of hospital staff to save her at the end of season 1, she became him in Season 2.
“At the end of Season 1, it was like, how far you go to family love, like what Joel did in the hospital to save Ellie. And then she’s kind of Joel in Season 2 and does the same and is prepared to kill absolutely everyone for him, even though he isn’t even there anymore – just for the memory of him and she can’t let go,” she said.
Bella Ramsey has received an Emmy nominated for the unique protagonist in a drama for her performance in the second season of The last of us.
